AEG Gas Boiler Error Codes

E01 - Ionization unit

Code E01 is permanently on the display.

Make sure that the gas valve on the boiler and the gas meter are open and that there is gas in the supply line (or in the tank).

Turn off and then turn on the device with switch 1 (see "Control panel") on the control panel.

After the error code disappears on the display, the boiler will restart.

E02 - The safety thermostat has tripped

E03 - The air pressure switch (pressure switch) has tripped

H2o - The water pressure switch has tripped

The H 2 O code is permanently on the display.

Check the heating medium pressure in the heating circuit. The readings on the pressure gauge located at the bottom of the boiler must not be less than 1 bar.

If the pressure is less than 1 bar, replenish the system as described in the paragraph "Makeup of the heating system".

The boiler will restart automatically.


E05 - Malfunction of the heating sensor

E06 - Malfunction of the hot water sensor

E17 - The modulator failed

E22 - Parameter programming request

E77 - Power supply outside the operating range

 

Attention! If the boiler is not to be used for a long period of time, the user must do one of the following:

Secure the boiler by unplugging it from all power sources (electricity and gas) and by draining the heating system.

Switch the boiler into standby mode, leaving the electricity and gas supply connected and, respectively, by activating the frost protection function.
