FERROLI Gas Boiler Troubleshooting
Pilot burner does not work:
No or low gas supply pressure - No gas.
Gas supply tap is blocked.
Air plugs in the gas supply pipe (it is required to bleed it).
Low gas supply pressure (can be checked).

The burner nozzle is clogged. The gas feed filter is clogged.
Weak flame on gas burner:
Low pressure of incoming gas.
It is required to check the pressure in the pipeline.
And adjust the gas supply to the burner.
The nozzle is clogged. Clean using compressed air.
Spontaneous burner shutdown of the boiler Ferroli:
There is not enough gas pressure at the inlet to the gas burner.
It is required to check the gas pressure in the supply pipes.
Breakdown or incorrect operation of the pilot burner:
The nozzle is clogged. Requires cleaning with compressed air.
Thermocouple malfunction. Replacement is required.
A short circuit or wire break on the gas valve coil is possible.
Breakage of the wire connecting the coil and the gas valve.
Low gas pressure or its total absence in the gas pipeline:
It is necessary to check the gas pressure at the inlet to the gas fittings.
Air jams in the pipes. If necessary, bleed.
Breakage of the gas valve. It is required to check and replace it if necessary.
The jets of the main gas-burning device are clogged:
It is required to clean the injectors of the main and pilot burners with compressed air.
Malfunction of the gas valve. Replace as needed.

Unstable flame in the main burner:
Poor combustion of gas - Poor air intake, it is not enough for stable combustion. Cleaning of the combustion chamber is required. It is required to clean the gas burner itself.
The temperature of the water supplied for heating does not increase:
Low gas pressure. Poor heat exchanger operation.
The boiler is too small.
The boiler can not maintain the set temperature.
Problem in the control thermostat. It is required to replace it.
