WILLER Gas Boiler Error Codes & Troubleshooting

Error E1 - There is not enough water pressure in the circulation system or it is absent. Hydraulic unit malfunction, possibly sticking to the stem. Malfunction of the flow switch microswitch. When power is cut off, it is recommended to resume the water supply. Increase the pressure to 1.2 bar and start heating.

Error E2 - Tripping of overtemperature protection or incorrect ignition. This mode is set in the device at a water temperature of +96 degrees, or due to malfunctions with the ignition system. It is recommended to check the gas supply. Press the reset button to reactivate the device.

Error E5 - Control board program malfunction. To eliminate, by pressing the "reset" key we perform the restart of the unit. In the event that the action is unsuccessful, you should contact the service center.

Error E6 - Damaged heating sensor. Due to an incorrect function, the unit enters the protection mode. It is recommended that the unit be turned off and replaced with this component. You can also call the customer service.

Error E7 - High temperature of the coolant. The protection cycle is activated in two cases: when the temperature of the heating system rises sharply to 97 degrees or when the temperature of the hot water supply goes over the 81 degree boundary. It is necessary to disconnect from the power supply system. If you decrease the indicator by six degrees below the recommended one, execute the "Reset" key.

Error E9 - Malfunction of the hot water sensor. Due to the malfunction of the NTC sensor, the unit enters the protection mode. It is required to de-energize it and replace the hot water sensor or contact the service center.

The gas boiler Willer Mars 32 in the NTC mode works with interruptions (practically does not work). There is unusual behavior in him. When the hot water tap is turned on, the water heats up almost to boiling water, despite the fact that the sensor is +40 degrees. After 2-3 minutes of boiling water turns off, cold water flows. After 2-3 minutes, it turns on and again brings the temperature of the water to boiling water. And so times 4. After the last heating to boiling water gives out cold water and will not turn on any more. The heating circuit operates normally (for a long time did not check-summer). After I turn off the boiler and it stays for about 2 days without power and with a closed tap of water supply, it turns on, and again these same troubles. What needs to be done, can something be changed?

You need to replace the temperature sensor.

Faced a repair with a boiler Willer. A few seconds after it is turned on, it issues an error E1. The power is not supplied to the pump. The pump is running, the winding was ringing, the condenser. Meals do not come from the board. Has anyone encountered this problem in their practice?

It is necessary to start with the fact that this model has a double poll of the coolant flow sensor. Before starting the pump, it must be open, then closed. If either of the conditions is not met, the error is E1.

Boiler Willer Mars 26. Outputs an error E02, ignition error. The flame lights up and goes out. When the combustion chamber cover is removed, it works normally. As soon as you close the lid, it goes out. The chimney is clean, the fan, the pneumatic relay, the gas valve, the ignition electrode, the ignition unit were changed. Nothing helped. The electrical network is normal. Who can help?

The turbocharged models should be reversed. I'll venture to assume that there is either an overabundance or a big lack of air.

Boiler Willer mars 26. In the work very hard. For example, it costs 40 degrees for heating, it turns on, it quickly heats up to 38-40 degrees, the burner goes out, the temperature quickly drops to about 32-33, and the burner starts again and so on in a circle. If I increase the temperature, for example, to 48, the unit warms for a long time (the same temperature in the region of 49-50 or drops by a degree on the scoreboard). When all the water in the batteries is heated, the burner goes out, and then the temperature slowly falls. The burner turns on, and now it again begins to taktovat. What thoughts? Poor patency in the heating system? Is there a filter in it? Is the gas not adjusted? And you can somehow increase the delta?

It looks like a typical malfunction of the electronic board, when the unit stops modulating the flame and heats at the maximum.

Boiler mars 26. The boiler does not start. He does not write anything (he shows two zeros), he does not react to the reset, the button on the scoreboard goes out. The unit is dual-circuit, the water circuit is closed with two plugs. The gas is normal. The pressure in the system is 1.5-2 atm. The boiler turned off, because there were problems with the gas supply, the pressure dropped to 0, but it did not give out any errors. Last time there was a similar situation: the light was turned off for half a day, the pressure fell, it did not turn on, gave an error (little pressure). I picked up the pressure, but it did not turn on anyway. Twice rummaged and worth it. Somehow it happened (I downloaded more than 2 atmospheres of pressure and then decided to bleed a little to 1.5), that the next time the electric plug was turned on, the unit immediately started to turn the pump and then turned on. And this time, nothing at all. What could it be?

There was a similar problem. The boiler issued an error E6, apparently it lacks traction or bad exhaust, pulled the tubes from the sensor to the fan. One tube was stuck on the fan and piezo snapped. I made the reset, the device was quickly tested, I started the fan and lit the burner. The second tube was not stuck, waited two hours, until the system and the chimney warm up well with the internal air. Turned off, then installed all the pipes, as it was, turned it on, and it started fine.

Please help with the problem: boiler mars 32 OC does not turn on, shows error E1 (no pressure in the heating system). The pressure is normal, above 1 bar, the pump does not start, a faint click is heard. The red LED on the NTC flow sensor is lit, although I do not use the DHW, the output is muffled, and through the input I only make up the unit.

First of all, look at the NTC flow sensor, clean or replace the bronze screwdriver "chuck". Then look at the heating flow sensor. Most likely, it is flooded with water. It is necessary to change the oil seal and dry the microswitch.
