* In case of more than two errors, the codes overlap. In this case, after solving one problem, the other is output. The error code flashes at intervals of 0.5 seconds.

Smell of exhaust gas

Is the exhaust pipe installed correctly? Is the exhaust pipe clogged? Is the supply and exhaust port clogged?

Soot and smell

Is the damper installed correctly? Is the deflector

Check the position of the burner flap. Clean the deflector

 

No ignition

Is the power switched on? Is the control panel indicator blinking? Is the fuel

Turn the power on. Contact the repair service.

 

Noise of the electronic pump

Is there enough fuel in the fuel tank Is the air sucked

Carry out fuel refueling Remove air from the fuel pipe (figure 10 in the manual)

 

Noise in other parts

Air in pipes Is the boiler installed correctly?

Remove air from all pipes by opening each outlet valve of the distribution valves for room heating. Check the correct location of the boiler * contact the repair service if it is impossible to eliminate the cause yourself.

 

The boiler quickly extinguishes after ignition

The fuel is mixed with water. The flame sensor is covered with soot or dust. Is there enough fuel? Is the fuel filter clogged? Is the exhaust pipe installed correctly?

Replace the fuel and blow out the air Clean the flame sensor. Refuel the fuel. Reinstall the exhaust pipe. Clean or replace the fuel filter

 

No heating

Is the heating / DHW button correctly set? Is the control valve open? Is the heating temperature set at a low elevation? The distribution valves are opened correspondingly with the room size Is there air removal

Select the heating mode. Open the control valves. Adjust the heating temperature. Adjust the opening conditions of the control valves, depending on the size of the room. Remove air from the pipe

 

No hot water supply

Is the water supply valve open? Is the volume of hot water used too large

Open the water supply valve. Adjust the amount of hot water

 

Hot water temperature not high enough

Is the volume of hot water used too high Is water used in two or more places at the same time Is the water supply pressure too high

Adjust the water supply by turning the tap Do not use water at the same time in two or more places Reduce the water supply pressure to 2 kg / cm2 or less (you need to install a valve that reduces water pressure)

 

No ignition

Is there enough fuel in the fuel tank Is the intermediate fuel valve open? Is there no air in the fuel pipes? The fuel filter is clogged with foreign matter. Is the flame sensor correctly installed

Carry out fuel refueling Open intermediate fuel valve Remove air from the electronic pump. Clean or replace the fuel filter. Clean the flame sensor and install according to the instructions

 

The indicator lamp of the temperature indicator flashes and the control panel does not work

Check whether there is a short circuit or damage to the control panel wires. Is the operation lamp of the control panel flashing

Select the "emergency operation" switch on the top of the main regulator and contact the repair service. Change "emergency work" to "normal operation" (after the emergency work is completed)
