WHIRLPOOL Electric Oven Error Codes

Whirlpool Error code Cause Recommended repair action

F01 Sensor Temperature sensor error. First of all, check the sensor connection, if it is OK, disconnect the sensor and measure its resistance according to the formula (1000 Ω + 3.75 ° ambient temp.) If the value is within normal limits, replace the control board.

F02 Temperature Temperature error. Check the insulation of the heating elements (turn off the heating element and check each contact for an EARTH connection). If there is no connection, replace the control board. If there is a connection, replace the heating element.

F03 EEPROM Error EEPROM. Using the manual setup menu, check that the oven is set correctly and that the test bit is set to ON. Wait 10 minutes. When F03 reappears, replace the control board.

F04 WIDE Communication error between the UE and the IP card. Firstly

Check the connection of P007 to the control board. If it is OK, check the WIRE connection from the P007 control board to the user interface board. If the connection is OK, connect the new IP and check the correct operation of the device. Otherwise, replace the control board.

F05 Latch (only with Pyro function). Latch error: First unplug the device from the mains, wait at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.Check that the latch system moves correctly (the door must be closed, the engine must work) .In this case check the connection between the control board and the door latch system If it is OK, check the operation of the microswitches (the door switch is open when the door is open, the latch switch is open when the door is not opened) .If the switches are OK, change the control board.

F06 Door (only with Pyro function)

Door error. First of all, check the connection between the above element and the door latch system. If it is OK, check the operation of the door switch (the circuit is open when the door is open and closed when closed). If the switch is OK, replace the control board.

F07 Cooking data set data error Data set error. If the problem persists, replace the control board.

F08 User interface error EEPROM User interface error EEPROM. Replace the user interface (Navigator or Atlas).

F09 SPI interface memory error SPI user interface memory error. Replace the user interface (Navigator or Atlas).

F10 Error of the function change knob The value read for this handle is not valid. First check the connection between the user interface and the handle. If the connection is OK, check that the oven is set correctly using the manual setting menu. If the problem persists, replace the handle switch. If this does not solve the problem, replace the control board.

F11 Error of the function "6th sense" Error of the "6th sense" function, voltage error or current error. Make sure the supply voltage is within 230 + 10%. If the power supply is within acceptable limits, replace the control board.

F20 FPGA error (ATLAS only) Replace the user interface.

F21 HMI input error (ATLAS only) Replace the user interface.
