Error code / error message Description Conditions and causes of the error

E01 (for models W401 / 421/501/521/531)

Motor fault (for W640 / 650/660 models)

Problems in the operation of the drive motor (common error) One of the elements in the drive motor power circuit is faulty: the control triac and the reverse relay on the controller board, the connectors and the motor itself. In such a case, it is also necessary to check the tachogenerator.

If the listed items are OK, you need to replace the entire controller

E02 (for models W401 / 421/501/521/531)

Water inlet fault (for W640 / 650/660 models)

Problems with water filling The error appears if the tank was not filled with water to the nominal level.

A defect can be caused by the following reasons:

- lack of water in the water supply;

- the water inlet valve is damaged;

- the water inlet path is clogged;

- the electronic controller is faulty;

- the water level sensor has failed

E03 (for models W401 / 421/501/521/531)

Draining fault (for models W640 / 650/660) Drainage problems Check the connection between the electronic controller and the drain pump. At the time of the alleged activation of the drain pump, check the presence of mains voltage on its contacts. If this does not happen, check the pump itself (having supplied 220 V), its connectors, and an electronic controller.

Check the level sensor, as well as its connection to the electronic controller. In models W501, W521, W531 and W421, the sensor output voltage (in the absence of water in the tank) should be less than 0.6 V. If this voltage is higher or equal to the specified value, the sensor must be replaced.

Check drain path for blockages.

Replace the electronic controller

E04 (for models W401 / 421/501/521/531) Insufficient water supply The error occurs if the tank has not been filled with water to the nominal level for a certain time. The defect can be caused by the following reasons: - low water pressure in the water supply; - the bay path is obstructed (valve, filter, nipples)

E05 (for models W401 / 421/501/521/531) Problems with water heating The error occurs if the water temperature in the tank is much higher than the set one. In such a case, check the temperature sensor, heater and their circuits. If necessary, replace the controller

E06 (for models W401 / 421/501/521/531) Problems with water heating The error occurs if the water temperature in the tank has not reached the set value within the time allotted. In such a case, check the heater and its circuits. If necessary, replace the controller.

Door lock fault (for models W6651 / 6661) Locking fault (the door of the hatch is not closed or the hatch is open) In most cases, to reset the error, you must re-close the hatch. If this does not help, check the integrity of the hatch lock, and also the electronic controller

Floaming (not for all modifications of models W6651 / 6661) Increased pricing fixed If an error occurs, run the program "RINSE".

To avoid such a mistake in the future, use detergents with low pricing, and also observe their dosage

Over fling (for W6651 / 6661 models) Overfilling (for models W640 / 650/660) The level of water overflow in the tank is fixed. In such a case, check the integrity of the water fill valve, level sensor and controller (the latter is a replacement). If the discharge pump does not turn on when the overflow level is reached, then check it

Termistor fault

(For models W640 / 650/660)

Defective temperature sensor Check the sensor for an open or short circuit

Pressure sensor error

(For models W640 / 650/660)

Malfunction of the level sensor Check the sensor and its connector connected to the tank
