JUNKERS Gas Boiler Troubleshooting

The Reset key and the 45-degree indicator lamp flash.

The temperature limiter is defective. Monitor the NTC supply pipe, pump.

The Reset key and the 60-degree indicator lamp flash.

There is no flame, the control time has elapsed (emergency automatic shutdown). Carry out the control of ignition, ionization, valves.

The Reset key and the 75-degree indicator lamp flash.

Incorrect flame signal. Monitor ionization, PCB, moisture on the board.

The Reset key and the indicator lamps of 45 and 90 degrees flash.

Pressure sensor malfunction, "plug" in the flue gas pipe. Monitor pressure box (short circuit, rupture); pipes for air and for flue gases.

The Reset key and the indicator lamps of 60 and 90 degrees flash.

The NTC heating sensor is faulty. Monitor the NTC supply line (short circuit, break).

The Reset key and the indicator lamps of 75 and 90 degrees flash.

The sensor NTC of the DHW (short circuit, rupture) is damaged.

The Reset key and the 90-degree indicator lamp flash.

Temperature limiter malfunction. Carry out temperature monitoring (it should not exceed 95 degrees).

After adjusting this boiler model, I have unresolved issues. During commissioning, the master did not check the pressure on the injector and did not adjust it. As a result, I had a question: if I reduce the power of the boiler in the parameters, does it affect the pressure in the nozzles. The device comes from the factory with standard (tabular) settings? Or is the pressure set individually for each particular house?

When you reduce the power, you thereby reduce the pressure on the nozzles. But such manipulations must necessarily be controlled by a manometer. At the factory the unit is adjusted and the standard pressure is 13 Mbar. If your power is higher, then the pressure should be higher. Check during installation is required.

After replacing the control board on the Junkers gas wall boiler, he started issuing an error "P" after switching on (boiler type is not defined). To solve this problem, I used the function 3.1a. at its settings it was required to choose one of the values: 0, 20, 21, 30, 31, 32, 40, 41, 42, 50, 51, 52. Tell me which one corresponds to my type?

Your model has a value of 31 (Junkers Euroline 23).
