WILLER Brand History

Willer is a brand that combines advanced achievements, the best European technologies and innovations of well-known manufacturers of climate technology and electric water heaters.

 

In 2015, the company Makkon - distributor of climate technology from leading European manufacturers, according to the results of its own monitoring studies, decided to create a new brand and to present a full line of water heaters.

 

Today, under the Willer brand, Makkon offers 6 series of electric water heaters of various sizes, design and functionality. The products are produced at several factories located in Serbia and China.


Some series of Willer water heaters are produced at the Metalac Bojler plant in Serbia, in the town of Horni Milanovce. Metalac Bojler - the youngest member of the group of companies Metalac Group, one of the largest producers in Europe, its products are represented in many industries. More than 50 years of development of protective enamel coating technologies and 30 years of experience in the production of the main components of the boiler required Metalac to start the production of storage boilers under its own brand.

 

The most important partner of Makkon in the manufacture of Willer boilers is the largest state plant in China, Gemake. It produces products for leading companies in Europe and Asia, the United States and Canada, supplying equipment to the CIS countries.

 

The volume of production of water heaters exceeded the performance of competitors, this led the plant into the leaders and allowed to take the first place in Asia. All production operations and lines are automated, the factory has installed the best Japanese equipment.

 

The modern factory ONETOUCH, located in China, received the right to manufacture series Elegance and Flat. The plant has become one of the largest manufacturers in China, it is equipped with reliable equipment for the introduction of unique developments in the production of household appliances. In a year, ONETOUCH produces more than 500,000 water heaters, which are sold in more than 35 countries around the world. Products of the plant are familiar to consumers under the world-famous trademarks of Electrolux, Thermex, Garanterm and, more recently, Willer.
